What will it take to qualify for the FR Corporate Placement Program?

These companies realize that it is more difficult to train management skills and ability than it is to teach industry specific knowledge.(The military has spent years and hundreds of thousands of dollars to develop your management skills.)
- Companies know we are working with them for the long-haul. They realize we don't push people into jobs. When a person is pushed into accepting a job, they rarely stay. When a person leaves a company, it is the recruiter's reputation that is negatively impacted. Pushy tactics are NOT used at Federal Recruiters.
You must have completed your 4 year college degree. Other than degree, there is no one thing that will cause you to be accepted into our program or excluded from our program. We consider the total package. We make our decision on acceptance into our Corporate Placement Program person by person, not by some cold, calculated formula.
Is a technical degree required?
NO.Do we place people with technical degrees?
YES, all the time. Our reputation among Corporate America is exceptional. Therefore, demand is high for quality people. If your degree is technical or non-technical we have companies that can hire you.Is it better to be open for relocation?
YES. The type and quality of the company you go to work with can set the tone for the rest of your civilian career. The idea is to land a position with a top company and then, once you have established your reputation, you can usually promote and transfer to another location.
