Hiring Conferences

Hiring Conferences are the heart of Federal Recruiters placement program. Hiring Conferences are not job fairs. Hiring Conferences are well planned face-to-face interviews with companies that you have been selected to meet. We are not trying to throw a large group of people toward a company just to see who sticks. You will have interviews with companies that suit your background, and you should be able to receive a job offer.

We hold Hiring Conferences every six to seven weeks. Contact us to qualify for an invitation.

Why are all of your Hiring Conferences in Dallas?

It is very simple. Location, location, location! In the past, we made the same mistake many other agencies continue to make, which is an inconvenient conference location. When you move conference locations to one side of the nation or the other, you lose potential companies that attend the conference. When you lose companies that attend, it affects your ability to land multiple job offers. Dallas is only a half day flight from any point in the United States. Regardless where a company's headquarters are located or where the position is located, the company's representative can fly in very easily for the interviews. Accordingly, the conference site is located only minutes away from the airport. We want to make it as convenient as possible for companies to interview you and make job offers.

Base Visits

Federal Recruiters will make visits to military installations around the world to meet those interested in our placement services. By attending you will learn about: career options, current openings, salary & benefits and more about FR's Corporate Placement Program. You will also have the opportunity to qualify for an invitation to one of our Hiring Conferences.
