Area Manager: This position will cover the entire Southeast of the
United States, and this representative would ideally be located in the North Carolina Research Triangle, Atlanta or Houston. Sales, Marketing or Product Manager experience with knowledge of
electrochemistry, configuration or constant temperature products is
needed. A degree in physical or life sciences preferred. Knowledge of key competitors and distribution channels would be a great asset. Extensive travel required to assist regional distribution sales- force. This position will pay up to $80,000, plus full expenses & benefits.
Operations Managers: Industry leaders with production and sales.
Seeking strong leadership ability with experience in production, military, restaurant, or warehousing and shipping/receiving experience. An entry level college graduate, or an experienced manager with extensive leadership ability would be the preferred candidate. Both employers are willing to train in their industries, and will promote quickly. Salaries range from $35,000 to $50,000 depending on experience. All relocation costs are paid by the employer.
Senior Support Analyst: The Senior Systems Support and
Administration Analyst is responsible for technical and function systems administration. Key responsibilities are to provide a
second level "end to end" support of the business applications;
systems software installation and configuration management (local/remote servers, POS, desktops); security administration; online production reports systems(s) management and administration; file transport systems administration; Tivoli system alerts and messaging administration; and to support the Enterprise Operations staff with processing procedures, problem resolution and training.
Qualifications & Requirements
Degree or Certificate in computer science, information systems,
desktop support, LAN administration or equivalent work experience required. If experience is substituted for education, information systems or computer science courses are required 3 to 5 years' experience in support of production systems in an IS environment Good understanding of networking and distributed computing concepts in order to manage and administer existing and new file transport systems (IDX, IDX+ ,NDM and others) Working knowledge of performance monitors and debugging tools Knowledge of programming (such as shell and pearl scripting) is desirable Familiarity with multi-platform environments and software distribution.

Procurement Manager for a manufacturer.
1) Manages the organization's procurement and inventory planning
function.
2) Directs and coordinates activities involving purchasing and
distribution of raw materials throughout the organization.
3) REPORTS TO: VP Finance /Controller
4) Interfaces: Company President, key company managers, and
Corporate Purchasing. Significant personal and telephone contact with vendors and suppliers.
5) ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the

Manages and develops the entire procurement function for division·
Develops quality suppliers, who will meet or exceed company delivery, quality and cost objectives. Manages inventory to optimum levels, including just in time programs. Develops a comprehensive Value Analysis Program in conjunction with Engineering and Manufacturing, to reduce costs and increase performance. Optimize purchasing processes utilizing a customized and SAP business systems. Effectively and professionally negotiates lowest prices for key raw materials and services. Works with other company purchasing groups to achieve best supply positioning and outsourcing of specific Purchasing tasks and functions. Reviews and controls capital project work. Prepares instructions regarding purchasing systems and procedures. Prepares and issues purchase orders and change notices. Analyzes market and delivery conditions to determine present and future material availability and prepares market analysis reports. Reviews purchase order claims and contracts for conformance to company policy. Arranges for disposal of surplus materials. Reviews, recommends, and implements state-of-the-art procurement/communications systems.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: in accordance with the
organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsible for the direct supervision of two non-exempt employees.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelors Degree in business or related discipline. A minimum of
five years experience in purchasing management; a minimum of 10 years business experience. Proven success negotiating high dollar purchases in a cost competitive market. Demonstrated Capital Project administration. C.P.M. or related certification preferred. Previous experience in the pulp/paper industry is desirable. SAP experience is desirable. JUDGEMENT: Exercises high degree of independent judgement. Responsible for high dollar impact with respect to purchase costs and reliability of supply. Able to communicate at all levels: Company President, key company managers, and Corporate Purchasing. Significant personal and telephone contact with vendors and suppliers. Willing to travel: Periodic visits to vendor sites and facilities. Involvement at Corporate Purchasing and periodic plant visits. Estimated travel = 15-20%.
