There is no one thing that will cause you to be accepted into our program or excluded from our program. We consider the total package. We make our decision on acceptance into our Corporate Placement Program person by person, not by some cold, calculated formula.

Is a technical degree required?
NO. Do we place people with technical degrees? YES, all the time. Our reputation among Corporate America is exceptional. Therefore, demand is high for quality officers. If your degree is technical or non-technical we have companies that can hire you.

Is it better to be open for relocation?
YES. The type and quality of the company you go to work with can set the tone for the rest of your civilian career. The idea is to land a position with a top company and then, once you have established your reputation, you can usually transfer with a promotion. We prefer for our candidates to be willing to relocate within the continental United States.
